We are looking for a registered nurse to step into the role of Director of Quality, Risk Management, and Patient Safety at a 130+ bed acute care hospital in North Carolina. You will be managing multiple departments and reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
You will be required to have your North Carolina RN license, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing and at least five years of experience in integrated case management, quality management, change management, or outcomes management. An ideal candidate will also have a Master’s degree in a health related field, community hospital experience, and a CPPS or CPHQ certification.
This hospital offers an impressive degree of medical expertise, usually found only in larger cities. It is associated with a larger renowned academic health system. The many departments offer a wide range of specialties; including but not limited to cardiology, general surgery, obstetrics, gynecology, hematology, urology, emergency medicine, and pulmonary medicine and wound care.
